Draws:
To request a construction draw, please complete this form. You can also access this form and request a draw from your Borrower Dashboard.
From your dashboard, you can also see the status of your draws, download previous draw reports and much more. We will ask for your Statement of Work as part of the draw process, which you can also download on your Dashboard.

Payoffs:
Payoffs are processed via your loan servicer, which is most likely FCI. To learn how to request a payoff please review this Article.
Payments:
If you need to make a payment, this can be done through your loan servicer, FCI. Learn how to set up your FCI account and make payments here.
Extensions:
If you need to extend your loan, please fill out this form. We’ll review the information you submit and be in touch with you regarding next steps.
