Here at Upright we're all about empowering customers to have actionable data at their fingertips. The following article highlights what's available on your borrower dashboard so you have real time information related to your Upright Loans.
Getting Started
Every loan is associated with 1 user in our system. This user is uniquely identified by an email address. If you haven't logged into your dashboard yet, you likely already have an account associated with the email that our team has been corresponding with you.
Go to www.upright.us and click on the Login button in the upper right hand corner.
You will be taken to the below screen where you can then login. Again, be sure to use the email address that we've been working with you through to have your account associated with your loans.
If you don't know your password, you can click on the Forgot you password link and follow the prompts to reset and get logged in.
If you have any issues getting logged in, please email [email protected] and we'll help you get squared away.
Dashboard Overview
Once you're logged in you may be taken to the below screen. If so, click on the "Financing for Growth" widget and that will take you to your Borrower Dashboard.
Once in you'll see a screen that looks like the below.
Address: This is the address for the loan.
Servicer ID: This is the unique identifier in the loan servicers system. You'll need this data to set up your account with your servicer.
Loan Amount: This is the total loan amount once it is fully drawn.
Maturity Date: This is the date your loan is scheduled to mature. You can hover over this date to see how many days you have to maturity. If your loan was extended, you can also see this information by hovering over the date.
Rehab Amount Drawn: This is the amount you have drawn to date against the amount of funds being held back for construction.
Rehab Draw Remaining: This is how much you have left to draw on the holdback amount part of your loan.
% Complete: This is the percentage of the rehab amount we're funding you've already drawn.
Detail: If you click on the arrow in this column it will take you to a Project Details page which we'll explore further below.
Project Details
You can get to this page by clicking on the arrow in the details column from your main dashboard (See above)
The top of this page offers some high-level overview information about your loan. You can also request a draw and download your statement of work using the buttons in the upper right hand corner.
As you continue to scroll down you'll see more information about your draws. First you will have access to all of the draw reports associated with this loan which you can view and download.
Keep scrolling and you will also see your draw history which gives you a record of how much you received and when for this particular loan.
