Having trouble logging in? This might help...

Updated over 3 months ago

If you have borrowed money from us then you have an account in our system associated to your email. Depending on how your account was set up, there are a couple of different ways to troubleshoot any login trouble you might be experiencing.

Let's start at the beginning.

In the upper right hand corner of our homepage www.upright.us you'll find the Login Button:

Clicking on the Login button will bring you to this screen:

From here there are two primary options:

Single Sign On

Many users create accounts by using their Google account (and sometimes LinkedIn). Clicking on the "Continue with Google" will take you through your Google login screens and then will authorize your credentials on the backend to our platform (like magic!). We recommend you try this first as most people these days create accounts this way. If you have more than one Google account, give them each a try if the first one doesn't work.

Email + Password

The other common way your account would have gotten created would be you providing an email and password. If you forgot your password, click the "Forgot your password" link and if there's an email match in our database we'll send you a reset password link.

If you don't get a "reset email link" from us in 3-5 minutes, then one of the following is likely the case:

  1. You created your account with the Single Sign On option outlined above...give that a try if you haven't already.

  2. You created your account with a different email address. If you have another email that you might have used when setting up your account then give that a try.

If you can't get any of the above to work please send an email to [email protected] with your name and one of the properties you've borrowed from us on and we'll work with you to troubleshoot.
