You can now download the Statement of Work (SOW) you provided during the underwriting and origination process. This is the SOW we use to make draw funding decisions so its import we're all working off the same information. To expedite your draws its best that you submit this version of the SOW when requesting a draw. So let's take a spin through how to find your SOWs on your dashboard.
Login to your dashboard by going to www.upright.us and click on the Login button in the upper right hand corner and entering your credentials. If you forgot your password, you can request a reset here too.
Depending on how your account is set up, you might see this screen. Click on the "Financing for Growth" widget.
From there, you'll land on your dashboard which will list out all of your Active loans with Upright. Click on the arrow under the Details column all the way on the right of the table. This will take you to a Project Detail page.
Once you're on the Project Detail page look in the upper right hand column for a Download Scope of Work button.
Click the button and you'll now have the SOW used to underwrite and originate your loan that you can mark up to include with your draw request.
Once you're here on the Project Detail page take a spin around. You'll also find your Draw Reports and Draw History. You can also Request a Draw from here.
