# Upright and TrustPoint AI Integration: Streamlining Draw Management
## Learn how to utilize the new integration with TrustPoint AI to request draws.
Upright has partnered with TrustPoint AI to enhance the draw management process for our customers. This integration allows you to seamlessly submit and monitor draw requests using TrustPoint's platform, accessible directly through your Upright dashboard.

#### How to Submit a New Draw
Submitting draws remains straightforward, with one key difference: you will now be directed to and logged into the TrustPoint interface instead of using an Upright form.
1. **Navigate to an Individual Loan**:
- Locate your loan within the "Active Loans" grid.
- Select the loan to open its details.
2. **Select the Request a Draw Button**:
- Within the "Project Overview" or "Construction Draws" tab, click the **Request a Draw** button.
- Alternatively, you can use the **Request a Draw** button directly from your dashboard for quick access.
3. **Transition to TrustPoint Interface**:
- Upright will automatically open the TrustPoint interface in a new tab and log you in.
4. **Submit Your Draw**:
- Complete your draw request within the TrustPoint platform.
- Once the draw is submitted, it will display within both the TrustPoint interface and the Upright interface.
#### How to Review an Ongoing Draw Request
Once a draw is submitted, the Upright team will service your draw within the TrustPoint interface. If additional information is needed, you will provide that information within the TrustPoint UI
#### To review an individual Draw
1. **Navigate to an Individual Loan**:
- Locate your loan within your "Active Loans" grid.
- From the "Construction Draws" tab, select the **Review Draw Progress** button.
2. **Transition to TrustPoint Interface**:
- Upright will automatically open the TrustPoint interface in a new tab and log you in.
3. **Review and Provide Information**:
- Review your ongoing draw within the TrustPoint interface.
- If additional information is requested, provide it directly within the TrustPoint platform.
**Note**: If TrustPoint sends you an email directly and you log in through the TrustPoint link, you will be required to create an account with TrustPoint. If you do not wish to create an account, you can navigate to the loan through the Upright interface using the steps above.
#### How to Review All Active Loans in TrustPoint
If you would like to review all active loans within the TrustPoint interface, please follow these steps:
1. **Navigate to Your Dashboard**:
- Access your dashboard within the Upright interface.
2. **Open TrustPoint**:
- From the dashboard, select the **Open TrustPoint** button located at the top of your dashboard.
3. **Transition to TrustPoint Interface**:
- Upright will automatically open the TrustPoint interface in a new tab and log you in.
4. **Submit Your Draw**:
- Complete your draw request within the TrustPoint platform.
- Once the draw is submitted, it will display within both the TrustPoint interface and the Upright interface.
